Exhibitor's Registration Fee: $675.00
includes 6x30 skirted table with two chairs and one standard power outlet, recognition on our web site and link to your web site. Exhibitors tables may be set up for two days on a first come first service bases, however gold sponsors have first choose on booth location.

Attending Sessions: Exhibit staff must pay the full attendee fee to attend sessions and the sessions are for "Association Members Only".

Shipping Information
All packages/box deliveries to hotel must be addressed to a hotel guest as follows:

Shipments should be sent to arrive no more than one week prior to the event. All packages and boxes received are subject to shipping/ handing charges. The hotel receiving dock is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Monday through Friday. Retrieval on Saturday and Sunday may not be possible.
